Rotary basket spraying washing machines

This washing machine is really simple nd easy to use; its ideal use is in a maintenance shop or located on the factory floor for the general cleaning of all oils, grease, swarf and carbon residues from tools and machine components.

The operating procedure could not be easier than that: place the parts in to the circular basket of the machine and close the lid, at this point the basket is rotated and hot water detergent is sprayed over the parts.

The machine is constructed totally in AISI 304 stainless steel and Caber has approximately 25 different models of machine in this particular family and range from the smallest at 600mm too the largest at 1500 mm.

They are also possible in special constructions with baskets made to measure, roller conveyor on the front to facilitate the operations of loading/unloading, utilities, optional conventional disc skimmer, suction devices, filters, boxes for internal inspection.
