The machines can have either a single tank with drying for processes such as, Transfer machines, lathes, cold stamping machines, rolling machines, etc, additional tanks can be fitted for higher cleaning quality. All models can be equipped with accessories, such as mineral oil separators, centrifugal condenser, neat tramp oil separators filtering systems, steam dissipaters, being equipped with automatic loading-unloading systems controlled via PLC to assist with operator input or even unmanned operation. A bar-code recognition system can be used for identification of production batches, the reading of the bar-code automatically changes all parameters of the Cycle allowing the ease of use by the operator who only has to load the wash system and monitor production throughput.
