Generally the component is loaded and unloaded at the same point for one man or robot operation. These plants are used in the automotive industry up to sanitary fittings and in many other manufacturing sectors. Fixed position washing machines: Mod. 470
Washing, rinsing, blowing and drying machine, constructed in AISI 304 Stainless Steel. This machine has a rotary indexing table for transporting the components step by step . This particular wash plant is used for the washing of motorbike engine blocks from 200cc up to 500cc size after mechanical working operation
Fixed position washing machines: Mod. 212/s
Washing and air blowing machine constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel. The loading and unloading is done by a robot system with the use of a double gripper for unloading and loading simultaneously through an access door that automatically opens and closes. The machine is for washing aluminium sheet metal pressings.
Fixed position washing machines: Mod. 8080
Washing and blowing booth, stainless steel AISI 304 totally performed. Once the loading of piece is completed, by an anthropomorphal robot, the top cover closes and the treatment cycle begins. Once the treatment is over, the cover opens and the robot prepares for unloading and for the new loading. It's suitable to be used for cast-ironed hydraulic distributors after a mechanical process.
